POSITION
We are seeking a talented and highly organized Studio Manager to join our design studio.

As the Studio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient functioning of the Dior Men's studio.

You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the studio, overseeing projects, and providing exceptional administrative support to the team.

This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep appreciation for luxury design and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all activities, projects related to the studio and its collaborators
Participation in the construction and monitoring of the general schedule with the Design Director and the Readytowear Development Director
Constant liaison with the Artistic Director's Executive Assistant to ensure smooth communication across the department
Planning management of models and bookings according to studio and product development needs
Management and control of the studio's various budgets (travel, logistics, models, catering, etc.), validation, followup with finance
IT request management
Responsible for the organization of trips (+ design week in London) + bookings of stylists + guides + consultants / external service providers
Daily management of invoices, purchase orders, etc
Management of shipments / couriers
Responsible for ordering materials necessary for the development of the collections
Responsible for ordering supplies, IT, catering for the studio as well as for the workshop and product development during review periods
Responsible for the organization of design weeks, showroom preps, etc. (installation, logistics, models, catering, workshops, transfers, etc.)
Responsible for the management and organization of the show preparation period:
Moving, installation and transfer of collections between studio and showroom, set-up of photo equipment, setting up of shuttles, management of models, catering, etc.
Management and coordination of the needs of the workshop and with production teams
Manage, coordinate and pilot everything with the production / communication / marketing / press teams for all special projects, shootings in connection with the studio
In charge of collection transfers in France and abroad
Responsible for the organization of the precasting periods and the set up with the Casting Director

PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., design, business administration) or equivalent experience
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury design industry
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge and passion for luxury design trends and aesthetics
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Fluent French and English
