POSITION TITLE:
Land Acquisitions Specialist


REPORTS TO:
Director of Land Acquisition - U.S. and Europe


DIRECT REPORTS:0


LOCATION:
Paris - France

**PURPOSE: Assist and work with the Land Acquisition team to acquire land under PTI and third-party towers, rooftops, and other ad-hoc Mergers & Acquisitions opportunities across all international territories. Oversee entire process; from negotiation of said acquisition, through diligence, closing and integration of asset. Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.


FUNCTIONS:


  • Perform cold calls and build relationship with land and/or site owners/managers
  • Prepare financial models, using templates provided by PTI, of potential land and rooftop acquisition targets
  • Negotiate with landlords to acquire the land or rooftop that is currently leased
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of all deal leads and current deal negotiations
  • Oversee collection and organization of documents required for closing
  • Work with internal and external legal counsel to coordinate closing process as needed
  • Take steps to ensure that PTI's online platform is up to date in real time for all deals
  • Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Position will work in a combination of field and office environments. Standing, sitting, driving, and walking required daily. Job will involve mínimal travel.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 4year college degree preferred, ideally in business, real estate, marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience
  • Bilingual French required
  • Bilingual English required
  • Time management and teamwork skills required
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, prioritize, and follow up on open items
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and providing proactive updates and solutions with manager
  • Goaloriented, driven and experienced in influencing decisionmakers
  • Effective in entrepreneurial environment, working independently, and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, MS Word, and other MS Office products
