Reward Partner, APAC and Europe

  • Location: France preference, however multilocation considered, in any continental European country where AXA XL has a branch.
  • In this role, you will be part of the HR APAC & Europe team to drive reward related topics. You will report to the Head of Reward, APAC & Europe.
  • In addition to your Regional role, you will be part of the Reward Center of Expertise team to also support led data initiatives and adhoc projects within AXA XL Globally.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Drive the annual compensation review process for the region, in line with the performance and talent management process, for which involvement is needed.
  • Be the technical expert of the compensation review tool.
  • Build analyses related to reward: bonus agreement, gender pay, compensation review outcomes, etc.
  • Coordinate reward related processes for the region.
  • Drive the survey submission to external benchmarking providers.
  • Create and update internal analyses and tools to support accurate and efficient decisionmaking.
  • Provide benchmarking support to HR colleagues and executive management across APAC and Europe countries.
  • Organise benefit policy implementation and be the SPOC for all benefit queries.
  • Work closely with the HR teams and give analytical support for all HR Processes: learning, goalsetting, Year-End
  • Review, surveys, etc.
  • Support the local and regional teams on ad hoc projects, e.g. regulation implementation.
  • Participate in global projects, e.g. job grading.
  • Give support to finance and the global reward team on the budgeting process, e.g. merit budgets.
  • Act as coordinator to define processes to ensure local specificities are aligned with global guidelines (eg. approval framework).
  • Provide support to HR team for any topic related to compensation (collective bonus calculation, bonus calculation for departures, benefits, manual compensation letters).
  • Provide best in class service to local, regional and global colleagues.
  • Focus on constant innovation and simplification by utilizing tools such as Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Support the regional Data and Compensation Manager and his team in some key deliverables (e.g. regional dashboard).

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.
  • Significant and demonstrated experience in Rewards and compensation tools.
  • Perfect English writing and speaking skills. French is an asset.
  • Strong technical abilities using Excel (macros, Power Query and Power BI is a plus).
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work with large data sets from different sources.
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex topics
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo to simplify processes
  • Strong organization skills, with capacity to adapt to urgencies and priorities
  • Having experience of working in multinationals with matrix management structures
