Mission Details:

Arkema is looking for a Regional Process Owner (EMEA) - Supply Chain Logistic Execution.

Located in Colombes, in the Hauts-de-Seine department (92), Arkema France's head office employs more than 800 people.
The establishment brings together the Group's functional divisions and most of its business units.
Workshop 4.20, a design showroom entirely dedicated to our innovative solutions, was created to understand and experience our chemistry.


You are the Regional Process owner for the Supply Chain that covers the following processes: Material movements, shipping, receiving, warehouse management, inventory management, subcontracting, negotiation, etc.

You are the regional reference of the processes in your area, working closely with the global process owner and with the key users of the BU's
This role includes the change management analysis within the organization.


ACTIVITIES:
Support the design and the consolidation of the Logistic processes & their deployments in EMEA- Support the Global BPO for the design of the Bostik SAP Supply Chain LE/WM/MM core model

  • Execute assessment and deployment activities as Supply Chain LE WM/MM BPO
  • Promote the Bostik Supply Chain LE WM/MM core model throughout the organization
  • Analyse the recurrent problems raised involving Supply Chain LE WM/MM domain
  • Lead the training material and organization, and the user's documentation improvement
  • Animate the network of Key Users, display continuous improvement and best practices
  • Manage UAT and testing activites for Supply Chain LE/ WM/MM domain
  • Ensure Adoption of Supply Chain core mode through effective change management strategies
Drive the maturity and the performance enhancements for their domain:

  • Manage for their domain the maturity assesments sessions, drive then validate with the plants the improvement action plans associated
  • Monitor regularly with the Key Users and managers the progress of the improvement actions
  • Keep aware of benchmarking feedbacks, possible disrupting tools or technologies, impacts of the digital initiative
Support growth- Bringing the Supply Chain LE/ WM/MM expertise in the different projects


Required Profile:


Master's degree, you have 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and a good knowledge of the SAP Supply Chain modules, in particular LE, knowledge of WM is appreciated.

You are experienced in change management and international experience.
You are a real team player and know how to present processes in an understandable way.
The international context requires a fluent English.
Travel requirement/expectation around 25%.
