Description

Based in our HQ in Boulogne Billancourt, and reporting directly to the CEO the UK Country Manager will focus on the build and growth of the UK market while also supporting the international sales and support team.

Unafraid to dive into the details, problem solve and build trust and loyalty with partners - championing excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

• Working closely with the Head of Supply you will support the growth and satisfaction of the partners; fixing problems, optimising processes and elevating the level of service building out your own portfolio of suppliers
• You will engage with existing vendors; identifying pain points and increasing customer retention and overall GMV per vendor

• You will be a leader for the people leading by example and happy to 'get your hands dirty' when necessary;there is no job too menial in the early stage
• Once the supplier / vendor side has been built out effectively, you will hire in a lean account management and growth marketing team locally

• You will review all existing contracts and uncoverefficiencies in order processing & cash flows
• You will refine the product offering, clearly communicating with new suppliers the benefits of Foodomarket
• You will be leading the UK Demand Generation teams to drive demand generation and GMV
