Our Finance & Administration Business Line is looking for a Treasury Assistant, who will have the following responsibilities:

Cash Management: Bank reconciliations, control of cash receipts and payments, cash flow forecasts, balancing, management of bank accounts and delegations of authority, back-office validation of financial transactions (debt, foreign exchange, interest rates, other derivatives, etc.);
Management of bank account openings/closures, KYC;
Be the contact person for the banks for all cash management issues;

Financing: Follow-up of intra-group operations, management of agreements and internal accounts, calculation of interest, preparation of drawings on corporate debt, confirmation and follow-up of NEUCP issues;

Followup of debt and bank guarantees on Finance Active or Diapason;

Information systems & IT: Ensure the settings of the treasury tool (Diapason):

Integration of new bank accounts;
Integration of interest scales;
Followup of bank communication contracts (swift mandate).

REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in Finance/Treasury, Business School, Engineering School;
Information systems knowledge;
First successful experience in treasury of minimum 3 years;
Knowledge of Diapason and Finance Active is a plus;
Fluent English is a must.
