Nous accompagnons une agence de marketing digital en forte croissance qui restructure son organisation autour de cellules internes autonomes pour gagner en vitesse, qualité et scalabilité.
+VOS RESPONSABILITES
- Pilotage de projets "lancement" : structurer et piloter des projets type challenge , VSL , funnels (de la stratégie à la livraison).
