    Overview

    7L La Librairie 7L a été fondée en 1999 par Karl Lagerfeld et acquise en 2021 par la Maison CHANEL.

    Le 7L se déploie sur 700m2 à travers trois activités : la librairie consacrée aux nouveautés dans le domaine des arts visuels, la création in situ au cœur du plateau-bibliothèque et les Éditions 7L. La librairie est un espace public tandis que le plateau-bibliothèque, ancien studio photo de Karl Lagerfeld, demeure un espace privé dédié aux Amis du 7L. Il retrouve sa fonction de lieu de création à travers les différentes formes d'écriture autour du livre rassemblées dans un programme culturel nommé Correspondances et un Salon de lecture mensuel célébrant l'art de vivre de Karl Lagerfeld.

    Responsibilities

    VOTRE IMPACT AU 7L

    Rattachée à la chargée de communication et à la directrice de la communication et de la programmation, vos principales missions seront :

    • Préparation flyer print pour les signatures publiques de la librairie
    • Préparation des newsletters pour l'annonce des signatures publiques de la librairie
    • Mise à jour du website
    • Mise à jour du CRM (fichiers publics, prospects (artistes, institutions…), et Amis du 7L
    • Préparation invitation digitale (sms et via mailchimp avec bouton réserver)
    • Préparation invitation print des événements pour les Amis du 7L mais aussi suivi des supports pour les événements privés
    • Coordination envoi invitation calligraphiée pour les Salons de lecture

    Qualifications

    CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ

    • Vos expériences précédentes qui vous ont permis de développer un intérêt pour la communication.
    • Votre rigueur, vos qualités d'organisation et d'anticipation, et vos qualités relationnelles/goût pour le travail en équipe.
    • Votre maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels InDesign, Photoshop. Idéalement, Mailchimp et un outil de CRM type Salesforce.
    • Vous parlez et écrivez couramment l'anglais et le français.
