- Define and execute the product vision, guiding the roadmaps of different teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure roadmap delivery and optimize team performance.
- Lead, structure, and grow the Product Team (PM, Designer).
- Be the voice of the user and advocate for product co-construction.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-scope initiatives.
- Translate product strategy into a prioritized, realistic roadmap in collaboration with team PMs and stakeholders.
- Support PMs and Product Designers in defining specifications (user research, prototyping, testing).
- Collaborate with CTO/Deputy CTO and development teams to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery of new features.
- Lead and develop the Product Team (Product Management, Product Design) and implement product methodologies and processes.
- Establish a customer-centric and data-informed culture within the team and the company.
- Partner with the CMO to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans; serve as the Codir point of contact on product strategy.
- Own emerging topics beyond current scopes to launch and drive them forward.
- 10+ years of SaaS product leadership experience, with at least one successful role as a Product Leader (CPO / VP Product / Head of).
- Significant healthtech or regulated environment experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and drive to complete initiatives.
- Strategic visionary who connects product vision to business goals and can build the organization to achieve it.
- Strong business acumen: product solves user problems to positively impact the business.
- Operational excellence in modern product management; proven ability to scale teams and processes; effective collaboration with Tech & Product teams.
- Technical and data acuity: understanding SaaS platforms, APIs, AI; data-driven decision making with pragmatic intuition.
- Leadership through influence with excellent communication across engineers, doctors, sales, and C-level stakeholders.
- Deep user empathy and a genuine obsession with understanding users' problems.
- Location: 29 rue du Louvre, 75002, Paris (remote-friendly with 3 days/week on-site progressively).
