We are looking for an IT Coordinator for France Apprentice to join our team

Our team are looking for an
IT Coordinator for France Apprentice for its IT Center based in
Seloncourt (30 minutes from Belfort / 10 minutes from Montbéliard / Near Switzerland).

The IT center is composed of 166 collaborators, who develop and manage innovative solutions for the Forvia Group. It ensures the smooth operation, security and evolution of the Group's Information System.

The intern/apprentice will be fully integrated into the
IT Operations for France & Africa team
in charge of
establishing a high level of IT support to improve the efficiency of all processes, maintaining the relationship between the IT teams and the sites by ensuring that the users receive advice from the IT department.

You will be working on challenges that matter
- **Your future duties and responsibilities**:

Support local IT staff in their daily activities.
Develop regional or national expertise to support local IT staff (e.g., configuration of SMS boxes, switches, IT infrastructure, micro data centers, etc....)
Ensure the proper implementation of Faurecia's IT standards on the sites.
Ensure the reliability of IT inventories at the sites (hardware and software).
Provide advice to local IT specialists, following the evolution of IT standards.
Assist in the preparation of documents for IT audits
Harmonize local monitoring procedures for IT systems.
Provide support for plant digitalization initiatives.
Assist local IT in the proper conduct of IT backup modes through regular testing and reporting.
Coordinate the support of the sites' telephony issues.

- **This position is for you if**:

Apprentice in an engineering cycle/school (BAC+4/5)
Good oral and written communication skills
Skills in Windows environments (on servers and computers) and virtualization (ESX VMWare)
Good knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN, switch, firewall,...)
Knowledge of SQL
Team spirit, ability to communicate and work in a team
Autonomous
Occasional travel
Good oral skills in English
