In this context, William's CMOS Characterization and Reliability team is looking for an "Cryo CMOS Electrical Characterization and Reliability Engineer". Motivated by advanced technological research and by the experimental challenge, you will be part of a young and dynamic team in charge of characterization and testing of components on FDSOI.
Your mission will cover the following aspects:
Carrying out tests and characterizations of CMOS devices in 28FD technology on semi-automatic test benches (for ambient tests) and on manual probes station with Cryostat for cold tests
Development of specific test methodologies in Python
Improvement of measurement methodologies
Analysis and processing of statistical data from characterizations and reliability tests
Modeling of physical phenomena in collaboration with the Simulation and Models team
Followup and reporting to institutes and industrial partners
Participation in the valorization of the obtained results (publications, conferences...)
You have a good knowledge of physics of CMOS devices and preferably experience in the field of testing and electrical characterization of electronic components. You master computer programming in Python. You wish to join a dynamic environment where teamwork and fluency in English are essential.
