Established Search are partnered with one of the most exciting aesthetic companies in France, and they are hiring a Senior Clinical Trainer to elevate clinical excellence, training standards and customer outcomes across Paris and beyond.
This is a high-visibility role in a business known for innovation, premium positioning and strong momentum in the French aesthetics market.
You will sit at the intersection of clinical expertise, education and premium customer experience:
Deliver advanced theoretical + hands-on training for physicians, KOLs, and internal teams
Build and evolve education content aligned to new protocols, product innovation, and best practice
Become a go-to clinical expert for the field team
Support launches, workshops and flagship events with credible clinical leadership
Capture and translate field feedback into training improvements and smarter clinical adoption.
You will possess:
A medical or aesthetics background
Strong experience in medical aesthetics and/or aesthetic technologies
Comfortable leading groups and coaching clinicians in both classroom and hands-on settings.
Fluent in French and English.
