    Purpose

    This role is at the heart of Project controlling Department with aim to act as Business Partner to internal Stakeholders and primary support to Head of Project Finance.

    In the team of 3 people, your main role will be to collaborate with multiple teams involved in the implementation of the customer projects: presales, marketing, regions controllers, costing of factories, engineering.

    At the start of the project you will be involved in bid process and the costing definition.

    During the project life you will follow the project and maintain end-to-end picture from costing, profitability and cash perspectives.

    Key Missions

  • Participate in definition of standard costs of the factories and ensure their reliability
  • Work together with presales team and Finance Architect to prepare the finance offers for bid process.
  • Define and implement the tools for end-to-end follow up of projects in close collaboration with regional controllers: validation of actual expenses vs budget, projects costing, payment terms, treasury, margins, duration of contracts and renewal dates, documents volumes expected vs actuals
  • Define and prepare dashboards with operational and financial KPIs necessary for operational project management and decision making, calculation of project profitability, optimization of cash management
  • Prepare monthly reporting for the management for projects performance/KPIs

  • Bachelor or Master degree in finance
  • 8-10 years experience in finance function with focus on project controlling
  • Proficiency in English and French desired
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
  • Understanding of fiscal topics, Incoterms, treasury, tender process linked to project is a plus
