As part of its strong international sales development, OKARGO is looking for a talented Business developer to take charge of the Benelux area.


If you are passionate about sales, negotiation and business development, and aspire to Excel in the role of Business Developer, this proposal is designed for you.


Your key responsibilities:


  • Identify prospects based in the Netherlands and Dutchspeaking Belgium
  • Grow the customer portfolio in the BENELUX region
  • Manage customer relations throughout the sales process
  • Implement the prospecting plan to detect new needs and opportunities
  • Take an active part in building the customer strategy and BE a driving force behind proposals
  • You have a university degree in sales or business development (Bac +4/5)
  • You have at least 3 years experience in B2B sales (software marketing and knowledge of the shipping environment is a plus)
  • You are able to work well with teams and take part in complex sales
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You have a proactive, energetic, self driven and stress resistant personality
  • You have a good command of IT and office tools, particularly Pack Office

Furthermore:

  • Dutch is your native language
  • English is at a professional level

Salary between 50.000€ and 70.000€ per year to BE defined according to profile, variable not capped
