Our customer is a growing medical technology company that improves life-saving medical technologies for the benefit of society.As part of their expansion, we are looking for a Customer Care Representative France with the following
main key responsibilities:
- Build a strong customer experience and lasting relationships with assigned accounts. On top, you will create and foster good intra-inter-departmental relationships.
- Contribute to the department's efficient order processing flow.
- Facilitate the link between the customer and dedicated sales team, providing both with frequent order status updates.
- Resolve sales & product issues, and potential problems in the order process flow.
- Manage departmental KPI's and contribute directly to continuous improvement.
- Ensure a monthly sales forecast for accounts that are entered into the system
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably related to Customer Care. An equivalent through experience within a similar role will also qualify.
- Customer service minded and administrative oriented.
- Possess a broad knowledge MS office. Knowledge of SAPfunctionalities is an additional asset.
- Fluency in English and French. This entails writing, verbal and listening skills.
