Our customer is a growing medical technology company that improves life-saving medical technologies for the benefit of society.

As part of their expansion, we are looking for a Customer Care Representative France with the following
main key responsibilities:

  • Build a strong customer experience and lasting relationships with assigned accounts. On top, you will create and foster good intra-inter-departmental relationships.
  • Contribute to the department's efficient order processing flow.
  • Facilitate the link between the customer and dedicated sales team, providing both with frequent order status updates.
  • Resolve sales & product issues, and potential problems in the order process flow.
  • Manage departmental KPI's and contribute directly to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a monthly sales forecast for accounts that are entered into the system

To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably related to Customer Care. An equivalent through experience within a similar role will also qualify.
  • Customer service minded and administrative oriented.
  • Possess a broad knowledge MS office. Knowledge of SAPfunctionalities is an additional asset.
  • Fluency in English and French. This entails writing, verbal and listening skills.
