Mission:


You will be working in the Finance Department, specifically in the Project Management Finance department (1 manager, you and 1 apprentice).

The Finance PMO team reports to the Group CFO and aims to improve the overall finance processes with tools and sometimes by proposing new processes.


You will be responsible in the following tasks:

  • Supporting finance-related projects for tool and process modernization.

For example, in 2023:

  • Assisting Treasury with the implementation of a new Treasury Management System (TMS) for the Group
  • Driving changes needed for the accounting and financial ERP Business Central with the help of integrators and IT teams
  • Successfully completing the annual finance tools audit (Business Central, eFront, Sage XRT, new TMS, SAP BFC)
  • Acting as an intermediary, if necessary, between business units and IT/Transformation teams to facilitate clear communication and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Drafting business requirements when needed, assisting with solution approvals, and providing change management support and implementation followup.

- with their day-to-day processes to understand their needs and challenges, and delivering solutions for areas such as accounting, portfolio management, treasury, and financing

- by providing enhanced support as needed during quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial closings for the finance teams.
  • Managing an apprentice and external consultants (ERP integrators for example)
  • Documenting the tasks performed (tests, configurations, tool administration, etc...)

Profile:


  • You have a prior professional experience in project management, approximately 3 years of experience, preferably in an intermediatelevel role
  • You have management skills for one apprentice, strong communication and interpersonal skills (various business units across the group)
  • You are willing to work in project mode
  • You have proficiency in English and French (we work with international offices)
  • You are curious, have an aptitude for tools and like understanding their functionality
  • You can synthesize information and have good writing and presentation skills
  • You are rigorous, committed and concerned about confidentiality
  • You are not afraid of evolving in a constantly changing environment
  • A consulting experience is a plus
  • An accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Diploma: Master's degree (Engineering School / business school / university), education in project management with a focus on business analysis
