Responsibilities:


Within the Remarketing department, your mission will be to develop our digital marketing, advertising and growth hacking activities around our e-commerce platforms for the resale and leasing of used vehicles to individuals and professionals (ALD Carmarket).

You will be working in a young and dynamic agile structure with a start-up spirit, reporting to the Head of International Marketing & Data.


Job role

  • Take the lead on central marketing initiatives and team management, ensure the framing, prioritization and "agile" deployment of new digital marketing projects and campaigns
  • Implement international digital marketing actions, communication strategies, campaigns, KPI definition and other processes to achieve business and marketing defined objectives with management and subsidiaries in a B2B/B2C framework
  • Optimize the SEO performance of the ecommerce platforms and manage paid advertising campaigns from A to Z
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns via Google, Linkedin and Meta
  • Ensure the "product management" of the Digital Marketing tools
  • Eloqua, mailjet, AB Tasty, SEO, advertising tools etc.
  • Develop customer knowledge, analyze campaign results and make recommendations
  • Train and guarantee functional support to subsidiaries on digital marketing tools
  • Coordinate the different service providers, monitor the budget and ensure ROI

Profile required:

To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of relevant working experience within a reputable law firm and/or in-house within an international organization/financial institution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills required to be effective across all levels in and outside of the international organization of Ayvens;
  • A cando mentality'; and Able to act swiftly in a fastpaced environment while maintaining the highest levels of quality, confidentiality, reliability and integrity
