Maison Margiela is a Paris-based fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela.

Celebrating unconventional aesthetics and embracing the philosophy that fashion is an art of expression rather than a cult of personality, Maison Margiela offers haute couture, ready-to-wear for women and men, contemporary line MM6, footwear, interior design, and accessories, including leather goods, fine jewelry and fragrance.

John Galliano was named Creative Director of the house in 2014, bringing his sense of spectacle and creative mastery to the unique ethos of Maison Margiela.

Whilst developing his own vision for the house, John Galliano has entirely respected the Martin Margiela state of mind, creating a fascinating organic process.

In 2002, the French house became part of OTB.

Along with sister brands of the group, Maison Margiela continues pushing the boundaries of modern fashion while preserving its distinctive identity and heritage.


We are looking for a Client Advisor for one of our Store, an Ambassador of the House, with passion for style and master at storytelling.

Under the Managerial team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Transform each client experience into passional moments by creating a high customer satisfaction and a long-term authentic bond with clients
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forwardthinking mindset
  • Be a mentor to the team by proactively offering insights, reflections, and experiences to your colleagues
  • Become a role model for other staff by performing customer service duties in exemplary fashion, including when implementing the customer service skill check sheet and other tools.
  • Verify sales performance and considering how best to improve it.,
  • Contribute to the team by performing supplemental duties and supporting customer service
  • Extend communication among staff via supervision and education to ensure a positive workplace mood.
You have a minimum of 3 years' field experience that allows you to achieve good sales performance and develop your managerial potential;
Multi-tasked, rigorous, and a willing listener in order to advise and build customer loyalty;
Results-driven and customer focused;
Your energy, your professionalism and your taste for challenge are essential assets to succeed in this position;
A second language will be highly appreciated
