Your Role

As the ItO Key User for the Global Nutrition Symphony Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation and deployment of the ERP Template across various Nutrition sites.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing business expertise and knowledge of current procedures and tools in your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborating with the Business Process Owner to identify and define the current and future procedures that meet users' needs and requirements.
  • Defining, updating, implementing, and supporting the Template processes to standardize and harmonize business processes.
  • Playing a key role in the Global Rollout team for deploying the Template in different Nutrition sites.
  • Ensuring testing and user training for the implemented processes.
  • Supporting users during rollouts and providing golive support.
  • Maintaining a broad perspective and focus on issues relevant across all sites.
  • Seeing opportunities and understanding their implications for the business processes.

About You

  • Excellent functional and technical knowledge of the logistics process area.
  • A good understanding of the integration points with other processes.
  • A pragmatic approach that considers the realities of the job and environment in which users perform their functions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas for change or improvement to business processes.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Willingness to provide support to other users.
  • An inherent desire to transfer knowledge.
  • Pedagogical and conviction senses.
  • Sensitivity to the cultural and educational level of users and their potential reactions to change and how to manage it.
