MISSION:

You will join the Middle Office department within the Financial Department of the headquarters of CMA CGM in Marseille.

You will participate in the control and analysis of financing operations, as well as the monitoring of the Group's debt.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


Monitoring financing operations, bank syndications, and covenants:
Analysis of legal documentation

Creation and monitoring of schedules, controls, and TMS entries

Monitoring the life cycle of transactions (drawdowns, margin changes, syndication changes, monitoring of purchase options, etc.)

Mapping and management of financial and operational covenants

Monitoring debt baskets related to bond covenants

Interface with Treasury, Consolidation, Business Plan, and Insurance teams

Control and monitoring of interest rate and exchange rate derivatives related to debt

Management of contractual banking communication and interface with lenders in the context of the life cycle of operations

Production of reports on debt and financial commitments (debt projections, bank sheets, etc.)

Analysis of banking profitability and implementation of a RAROC tool

Conducting ad hoc studies and reporting for Front Office and management

Contribution to projects affecting the service (process evolution, automation of processes, IT system evolution, etc.)


PROFILE AND SKILLS:


With a higher education background, Bac + 5, such as a business or engineering school, Master's in Finance, Management, or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in banking Middle Office or external audit.

You have developed the ability to understand complex legal models and documentation.

You have a very good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

An affinity for the development of computer tools (VBA, database implementation) would be a plus.

You are independent and rigorous, with real analytical and synthesis skills, a sense of priorities, and a team spirit.

You are fluent in French and English.
