Every year, Otis hires and trains more than 200 apprentices in France.

During your apprenticeship, you will be tutored and still working with autonomy on high-value projects.

EPC (European Parts Center) is an OTIS entity, shipping spare parts in more than 120 countries. EPC is the largest parts center for lifts, escalators and automatic doors in Europe. It is one of the pillars of maintenance at Otis.


MAIN MISSIONS
Forecast of activity

  • Collaborate with operational teams to anticipate future needs of spare parts, regarding Maintenance and Repair activity
  • Develop a forecast tool to follow future activity of EPC
Account management

  • Manage a portfolio of internal customers, throughout our EMEA region
  • Develop relationship with internal customers to understand their needs
  • Implement the right solution to meet customers' expectations

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED
Master's degree in Business School

Fully fluent in English is a must

Intermediate French

Experience or diploma in Supply Chain Management is a plus
