We are launching a major recruitment plan over the next two years, to support our international growth and develop our data-based product.

Trustpair is growing fast. So as the TAM team As of today, we're a team of five people and we'll be more than happy to welcome new faces to work with us on very exciting projects ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍ ‍

You will have a leadership and ownership on coordinating, streamlining and improving our recruitment process.


We don't want the recruitment process to be a boring, painful time for people, we don't want you to think that you're here only to staff positions and execute.


We'd like to build a real experience, kind of adventure, learn from all each other, challenge everybody and have a great moment during all process

Some of challenges you'll work on:
Work closely with recruitment agencies (brief, follow-up, feedbacks) ;
Hunting A-Players ;
Update and track metrics on our ATS (Recruitee) ;

About you:


  • Last year of University / School ;
  • First experience in a similar position ;
  • Adaptability, flexibility, perseverance, listening skills, sense of organization and thoroughness ;
  • Bilingual in French and English.

  • Call with Céline, VP People (45 mn) ;
  • Case study ;
  • Test restitution with Céline & Maja, Lead Talent and coffee fit with team.
