Team
Lumapps is hiring a Training Manager to build and deliver the best in class training experience
to our Customers and Partners, and the best Onboarding Journey to our Lumies.
Within the Professional Service Team, under the responsibility of the Head of PS and working
closely with the Head of Product, our Training Manager will be responsible for Customer
and Partners training and reinforcement, and for internal enablement on our Lumapps
solutions and product evolutions.

Lumapps offers a set of solutions dedicated to the Employee Experience:

  • Lumapps Employee Platform
  • Lumapps Play : video management
  • Lumapps Journeys : employee Onboarding
  • Lumapps Companion : interractive card and digital assistant

Your missions consist of:


  • To deliver training to our customers according to their use cases, and to enhance our
Training offer based on Customer needs.

  • To ensure product training to our Partners to enable them on our Lumapps Solutions
  • To enable our new Lumies (PS, CSM, Sales) on our Lumapps Solutions
  • To provide internal and external learning material and resources working closely with our Product team to engage our Lumapps ecosystem on our product vision and evolution.
  • To contribute to our Partner and Customer Community (The Hive) sharing tips, best practices and useful documentation.
  • To share internal and external feedback to our Product team, contributing to our Product evolution.
  • To contribute to our LumAcadamy project building relevant training paths and knowledge base for our Customers, Partners and Lumies.

Expected Skills

  • A similar experience as Training Manager in a SaaS company.

Fluent in English and in French
:


  • Training path and training material creation (videos, tutorials, training deck, user guide).
  • Micro learning knowledge.
  • You have a first experience of deploying a LMS.
  • Team work, ability to respect your services agreement.
  • Customer relationship and satisfaction.
  • Interest for technical items (user management, API, integration with Google and
Microsoft services).
