We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as an Associate Producer / VFX Production Coordinator.
In this role, you will support the production team in managing visual effects projects, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining communication between departments.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Game & VFX industry and learn from seasoned professionals.
Key Responsibilities will be:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of VFX projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with teams and customers to ensure the timely delivery of assets.
- Monitor project progress and time tracking, adjusting production schedules as necessary.
Internal communication:
- Serve as a liaison between artists, engineers, and other production staff.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team.
Asset Management:
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital assets.
- Ensure that all assets are properly cataloged and accessible to the team.
Documentation & Archiving:
- Maintain uptodate project documentation, including task lists, status reports, and production logs.
- Prepare and distribute production reports to stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing and archiving documentation and reports.
Quality Control:
- Assist in reviewing VFX assets to ensure they meet quality standards.
Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking resources, and managing calendars.
Logistics and Event Support:
- Assist in logístical support and preparation for international events (GDC, Siggraph.)
Communication Preparation:
- Prepare and collect materials for communication purposes.
Learning and Development:
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of VFX production.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Film Production, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of VFX pipelines and production processes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented, fastpaced environment.
- Passion for games, visual effects and the entertainment industry.
