About the role:

The Client Services department intervenes as soon as a contract is signed between us and our clients. The Customer Success Managers then assist our clients in clarifying their needs.

The Professional Services team helps in implementing and deploying our solutions and finally the Customer Care team assists and supports our users in production.


Your Missions:

As a Customer Care Solution Operator in the Italian market, you will be responsible for:


  • Qualify Client Requests by:_
  • Analysing client requests to inform other supportive departments (R&D, Product, CSM, PS, Sales...)
  • Handling requests qualitatively
  • Handling followup communication with respective requesters
  • Monitoring resolution deadlines in compliance with SLAs
  • Ensuring client requests are handled with the appropriate answer in order to close them
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction
Additionally, as a Customer Care Solution Operator, you will also be responsible for:

  • Initiating telephone calls on specific cases
  • Identifying and contributing to the resolution of recurring requests with the appropriate departments (R&D, Product, CSM, PS, Sales...)
  • Contributing in creating and maintaining the solution knowledge base (our Help Center)
  • Contributing in training and assisting your peers

Requirements:


  • You have 2 years experience in a similar position (Operator Support, Level 1 Agent, SaaS Customer Support, or similar) in the web technology sector
  • You have excellent writing skills in
    Italian and English or French:
  • You are customer centric
  • You have great interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
