Description du poste

In order to support the company through its significant growth and to embed the future
transformation,
we are seeking for a talented, enthusiastic Learning & Development Manager to join our
successful team.


Your mission:

You will contribute to reinforce the development journey of our employees, help them to
grow and create an insightful and enjoyable experience to them.

Within the Global Talent and Employee Experience Department,
your role will be:

  • To coordinate and monitor the Mandatory and Compliance Trainings
  • To schedule training events and coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders both globally and regionally
  • To build the digital learning offerings of our LMS 360L, on which you will be the Super Administrator, to create learning contents with internal SMEs and ensure that the current trainings are uptodate
  • To administrate the 360L platform and promote it to our internal clients
  • To facilitate trainings session such as the Mentoring Program and be involved as a presenter for learning events occasionally
  • To animate the L&D community across countries and support relationships with external training providers
  • To track and report metrics to assess learning success and overall impact
  • To manage Group Talent projects such as Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Group Programs
  • To ensure L&D continuous improvement by implementing best practices, benchmarking new trends and innovation

Qualifications:


Your profile:


  • You have at least 3 or 5 years of experience in L&D within an international company and passionate about it
  • You are highly organized and detailoriented in managing multiple priorities
  • You are known as an Expert in 360L platform and are sensitive to user experience
  • You are very good at written and verbal communication, including presentations
  • You used to coordinate, manage projects, and create trainings material and facilitate the trainings
  • You are proactive and curious, pitching ideas and taking the initiative
  • You are a natural problem solver with the ability to find simple solutions to complex problems
  • You are a definitive team player, and able to operate in a multicultural environment
  • English language at least required
  • Location in Paris

Salary range : 45K /50K depending of the experience
