Description

We are looking for several Non functional Test Engineers (6 months off-site and 3 months on-site/mixed)
for a client project in Strasbourg.

Task description:

Produce test design specifications test cases, the applicable Test Plans and to execute the test plans;
Design test scenarios to ensure 100% coverage of requirements; prepare test cases (the ones which cannot be automated) and automated test scripts to test the identified scenarios;
Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by other Department is defectfree;
Execute the required test cases and analyze the results;
Report on the test results.

Job requirements:

University degree (master or equivalent) in Computer Science;
Minimum 6 years of relevant IT experience;
Minimum 4 years of automated and manual software nonfunctional testing experience with Stress tests tools (Jmeter), and experience with, Requirements and Defect Management tools (Jira), Code Quality Review tools (eg, SonarQube), Test Execution Monitoring tools (Splunk).
Proven experience of testing technologies, good knowledge in infrastructure and networking and tools such as Stress tests tools (Jmeter); Code Quality Review tools (eg SonarQube), Test Execution Monitoring tools (Splunk), etc.), (eg Automation Testing tools (eg TOSCA), Test Management tool (eg Qtest, QC), Requirements and Defect Management tools (Jira);
Keen interest on quality and intense attention to detail;
Ability to analyze results of testing correctly and to report on them efficiently;
Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies;
Very good English speaking and writing skills;
Capacity in writing documents;
Good communication skills;
Ability to communicate effectively with development team;
Experience and willingness of working in an intemational/multicultural environment;
Proven experience performing the following nonfunctional tests:
Robustness/Resilience Tests
Network/Connectivity Tests
Business Recovery Testing/Disaster Recovery Testing
Power Supply tests
Deployment/Rollback tests
