We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Record to Report Business Integrator to join our team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our record to report (R2R) processes within S/4HANA.

What you'll do:

• Lead discussions and workshops with business stakeholders to analyze and document current R2R processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and value generation through end-to-end process assessments.
• Champion the development of a fit-to-standard S/4HANA record to report template, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Design and develop user-friendly templates for supplier integrator teams, fostering seamless information flow.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of S/4HANA finance processes and their functionalities.
• Leverage excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, effectively translating business language into technical design.

You're a great fit if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in financial process improvement or related field.
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate business process discussions and workshops.
• Strong understanding of record to report (R2R) processes.
• In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA finance functionalities.
• Expertise in designing and developing user-friendly templates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner- A french speaker is nice to have.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration or integration projects.
• Knowledge of financial data analysis tools.
• Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• The JD includes:
  • Accountable for business alignment for solution and data
  • Maintaining and updating the core business deliverables related to R2R: business process flows, BPML, User Stories.
  • Contributes to Change Management (OCM) in Change Impact Identification for the R2R Business
  • Authoring Business Process Design documents
  • Supporting the Business with their data cleansing
  • Coordinate and facilitate the R2R Track UAT which will be executed by the Business.
  • Provide R2R inputs to the Business Cutover Strategy and the Business Cutover Plan; and support the Business in their cutover execution
  There is a strong driver for a native French speaker.
