Job Title:
Head of Aesthetics, France

Location:
Hybrid, Paris

Galderma is looking for a Head of Aesthetics to lead the Aesthetics Business Unit in France.

As a key member of the French Management Team, you will have full P&L responsibility for the Aesthetic business. You will be managing a team of around 35 people plus 3 direct reports.

Your mandate is to build a cohesive team that will maintain Galderma's leadership position in the Aesthetics segment through increased revenue and margin.

Key Tasks- Accountable for the Aesthetics P&L for Galderma France with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth- Management of Galderma France's Aesthetics commercial operations; setting and executing business strategy and objectives to drive growth and profitability- Develop operating plans, policies and short
- and long-term objectives for the Aesthetics business

Establish and maintain good external relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Health Care Organizations and Government Authorities to create an understanding of Galderma's products and to differentiate them from other products on the market
Review financial statements, sales results, and activity reports to ensure that organization's objectives are being achieved
Provide people leadership for the Aesthetics business to ensure optimal team performance

Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years' experience of senior level roles in Medical/ B2B France Pharmaceutical Industry- Prior Pharma sales and marketing management (Aesthetics a plus) including distributor management- Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities- P&L experience- Portfolio management- Professional level French and English
