DESCRIPTION:

Coty is one of the world's largest beauty companies and the largest fragrance company.

The Business developer junior will develop Coty business (Luxury & Consumer Beauty) in pharmacy channels in France.

REPORTING:

Head of Sales Development Coty France

KEY MISSIONS:

Design proper go to market strategy for this new channel pharmacy in collaboration with marketing & sales team(4Ps)

Ensure the implementation of our brands with the best visibility during the opening :
implies mobility in the stores & showrooms Tracking and followup business and openings of new pharmacy : c reating tools internally to better monitor this new business Performance analysis + recommendation to go further Collaborate with all services to ensure excellence in execution instore Implement activities to boost sellout

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Excellent interpersonal skills Business driven and know how to convince your contacts by imagining and negotiating innovative and value-creating partnerships.

Structured, autonomous and agile, you know how to define and implement a strategic plan and adjust it in a test-and-learn approach.

Entrepreneurial mindset and the will to succeed. Previous experience in the Pharmacy channel is a plus. Data driven, disruptive and results-oriented.
