Job Description We build. We create impact.**- Manage contractual negotiations with IT vendors

Maintain Application inventory,
Manage daytoday User/Role assignments,
Reshape Roles Matrix and Segregation of Duties with keyusers,
Control periodically (sanity checks) as part of Financial audits,
Formalize daytoday procedures ("How-To") in collaboration with all the teams concerned by the app
Manage incidents from endusers (either resolve or escalate),
When applicable, manage enhancement requests: prioritize with Business, followup implementation, test and follow defects, organize deployment and communication,
Involvement on security matters may go beyond this scope and include Salesforce / SAP.

Qualifications Qualifications we're looking for.**- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in international environment

Business experience (nonIT, for instance Finance, Sales or Purchase Administration) would be appreciated
Worked on ITSM Applications to track incidents and requests
Languages : English fluent
