    Investment Banking – Analyst Intern (Technology, Energy Transition & Sustainability)

    Contract: 6-month internship

The firm employs over 250 people and provides M&A, ECM, Growth Financing, Equity Research, Sales and Trading, to growth companies and their investors.

    Our Investment Banking Department focuses on key growth sectors including:

    1) Technology (Software)

    2) Smart Industry (Energy Transition & Sustainability & Industrial Tech)

    3) Healthcare

    4) Business Services

    Investment Banking Department

    We are currently recruiting interns to support the growing activity of our Investment Banking Department in two of our teams:

    1) Technology (Software)

    2) Smart Industry (Energy Transition & Sustainability and Industrial Tech)

    Through our Investment Banking Department, Bryan, Garnier & Co has become a leader in advising European growth companies on strategic finance transactions such as M&A (strategic acquisitions & LBOs), ECM (Follow-ons, IPOs & Public Takeover) and Private Placements. In 2021, we have completed more than 70 transactions for a cumulated deal value of €3.5bn.

    Technology & Smart Industry

    Our Technology and Smart Industry team in Paris is composed of:

    1) Technology team: 35+ bankers internationally, 50+ transactions and €4bn in cumulated deal value , including 95% of M&A transactions (of which 75% sell-side mandates)

    2) Smart Industry team:

    o Energy, Transition and Sustainability: 35+ bankers internationally, 40+ transactions and €3bn in cumulated deal value , including 90% of growth financing and IPOs

    Industrial Technology: 20+ bankers internationally, 20+ transactions and €1.3bn in cumulated deal value , including 50% of M&A transactions and 50% of growth financing

    Duties & Responsibilities

    The intern's work will include:

    · Mandates over a broad range of deal types including M&A, IPOs, Public Takeovers, and Private Placements for Pan-European and international growth companies

    · Drafting of client presentations including pitches, teasers, information memorandums, management presentations and valuation books

    · Performing company's financial analyses, modelling and valuation (LBO, DCF, trading peers, transaction comps, etc.)

    · Assisting the deal team in the execution of transactions (reach out to investors, due diligences, Q&A, process tracking)

    · Other occasional tasks such as corporate presentations, sector screenings, investor's lists, etc.

    Bryan, Garnier & Co seeks accomplished students with strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative skills.
