Context
Hard-coded secrets have never been a more significant threat to the security of people, enterprises, and even countries worldwide. IT systems, open-source, and entire software supply chains are vulnerable to exploiting keys left by mistake in source code.

GitGuardian has a mission:
secure building software with code security solutions. Developers and Security Engineers are kept safe from harm by our pro-bono alerting every day. As we develop new features for GitGuardian's paying customers, we also provide more free tools for our community.

The existing team


GitGuardian's Growth Engineering team ships low-code tools and data analysis to acquire new business and expand existing business at scale.

We experiment with the best ways to grow and creativity is a must.

Surrounded by an experienced Growth team, you'll work in close collaboration with Demand Generation Managers, Product Managers, and Data Engineers.


You will report to Orian, with direct access to a Marketing Operation Manager to help build your processes, and a Designer and Website integrator to ship your projects.

As you manage Growth projects, you'll work closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product, Operations, and Data teams.


Missions
Here are the main projects you would work on for the year to come:

  • Build, maintain, or automate mission-critical marketing systems through a mixture of 1st and 3rd party solutions

Example projects include:
-
Enrich our data warehouse and CRM with intent data from our target prospects

  • Launch our
    Programmatic SEO program, to generate the best content for our prospects at scale
-
Maintain and improve our leads database, including scraping, enrichment, and scoring with in-house solutions or 3rd party tools.

  • Instrument
    analytics to quickly deliver on campaign needs and build
    attribution models.
  • Perform indepth
    data analysis of our gotomarket metrics for Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders in collaboration with the Operations managers, to uncover new opportunities
  • Build
    automation and internal tools to support Growth and Marketing.

More about you:


  • If you think you are only matching 70% to 80% of these criterias, please send us your resume _
  • You are both technical & business oriented
  • You have initial or complementary training in data analytics, engineering, or data science, and realworld experience in growth, marketing, or sales
  • You have 3+ years of experience in tracking, automation, ETLs, or data analysis (SQL / python)
  • You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or growth
  • A multidisciplinary background, and understanding of how many 3rd party tools listed above work
  • Nice to have: you have experience in lead scoring, attribution, CDP, or programmatic SEO.
