    Description

Founded to serve health, Servier is an international pharmaceutical group governed by a Foundation, which aspires to have a significant societal impact for patients and for a sustainable world. Its unique governance model enables it to fully serve its vocation with a long-term vision: to be committed to therapeutic progress for the benefit of patients. The 21,800 employees who make up the Group are committed to this common vocation, a source of inspiration on a daily basis. As the world leader in cardiology, Servier's ambition is to become a recognised, focused and innovative player in oncology by targeting difficult-to-treat cancers. This is why the Group devotes more than 50% of its R&D budget to the development of targeted and innovative oncology therapies. Neurosciences and immuno-inflammatory diseases represent a future growth driver. In these areas, Servier focuses on a limited number of specific diseases in which a precise characterisation of the patients makes it possible to propose a targeted therapeutic response, thanks to precision medicine. To promote access to quality healthcare for all, and at a lower cost, the Group also offers a range of generic medicines covering the majority of diseases, based on strong brands in France, Eastern Europe, Brazil and Nigeria. In all these areas, the Group integrates the patient's voice at every stage of the drug life cycle. Headquartered in France, Servier has a strong geographic presence in more than 150 countries and generated sales of €4.7 billion in 2021.

Accelerating entry into clinical phase I, iii. Providing DMPK knowledge at all stages of drug candidate development. The DIIVT team aims to predict the DMPK and DDI profile of new drug candidates, from the early stages of drug discovery to the post-marketing phase.

    Missions:

  • Plan the studies to be carried out in coordination with the subject matter experts and/or the representatives of the discipline
  • Organize the means necessary for the successful completion of the study in a timely manner
  • To conduct in vitro experiments (with non-radiolabelled or radiolabelled drugs) aimed at predicting the risks of drug interactions and the pharmacokinetics of candidates (even the safety profile) and using cellular and subcellular models specific to these activities
  • Carry out the studies according to the protocol / study plan and the operating procedures (SOP) in force
  • Manage the electronic laboratory notebooks in which are recorded with the required precision, the raw data in accordance with the SOPs in force
