    Role Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and review French-language content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
    • Identify, assess, and take action on harmful, inappropriate, or offensive content to maintain community safety.
    • Actively engage with users by responding to comments, queries, and posts in a polite and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with various teams to ensure content accurately reflects the brand's voice and messaging.
    • Provide timely and effective solutions to user concerns and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
    • Identify patterns in community behavior and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and the overall user experience.
    • Conduct regular reviews of social media content to ensure quality and consistency.
    • Keep up with social media trends, new platforms, and content moderation best practices to adapt quickly to changes.
    • Foster a positive community by promoting respectful interactions and handling sensitive topics with care.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in French (both written and spoken); a good command of English is also required.
    • Previous experience in content moderation or social media management is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and understanding of community engagement best practices.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in all user interactions.
    • Ability to manage and address sensitive content issues with tact and empathy.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in both on-site and hybrid models.
