    WHAT YOU'LL DO


    As a Team Coach & Senior Manager, you will be an integral part of the Teaming Coach team to support our BCG consulting teams in their daily work on client projects. Through your work, you will foster BCG's collective value creation by improving the long-term viability of our consulting teams' work and their overall satisfaction.

    Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

    • Support your portfolio of selected project teams through coaching, expertise, and sharing best practices in project setup and execution, as well as in their digital implementation.
    • For a portion of your project portfolio, you will support teams on the ground during the initial weeks to ensure a successful project ramp-up. This support will include: o Organizing and facilitating initial project team meetings with all BCG project team members, o Coaching team members, o Facilitating training, supporting role and responsibility definition, o Activating digital tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, or Miro) and agile work.
    • For the rest of the portfolio, coaching occurs remotely, at your discretion, and focuses on projects that need it most.
    • Additionally, you will contribute to the Teaming Coach team by continuously improving our concept within BCG (e.g., sharing learnings and best practices, contributing to content development, facilitating internal Teaming training sessions, and conducting data analyses and analytical assessments of team performance related to Teaming).
    • You will also have the opportunity to support and guide your fellow coaches through mentoring and informal support.
    • As a permanent coach, you will be an ambassador of the Teaming culture within BCG.

    YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

    • You hold a master's degree or equivalent, ideally in Human Resources or Psychology.
    • You have at least 6 years of professional experience in individual or collective independent coaching roles.
    • You are familiar with coaching, training, and related tools and methodologies (e.g., agile method, "work smarter and live better").
    • You are comfortable with necessary tools and technologies (e.g., Trello, Slack).
    • You are proficient in MS Office software.
    • Your written and oral skills in English and other languages are excellent.
