- Develop and execute strategies for Creator Growth on TikTok Shop, focusing on enhancing creators' e-commerce content approach and expanding their audience reach
- Drive success through clear goal-setting, campaign planning, brand collaboration opportunities, and guidance on content and merchandising direction
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to creator campaigns and shoppable content; adjust strategies to optimize engagement, content quality, and sales performance
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including Category, Product, Legal—to streamline processes, resolve friction points, and support affiliate GMV growth
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered by creators

- Experience in E‑commerce strategy, affiliate or analytical work.
- Familiarity with TikTok, major affiliate programs, and E‑commerce platforms; experience in content‑driven e‑commerce is highly desirable.
- Existing relationships with creators and talent agencies are a strong advantage.
- Experience or understanding of live streaming is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
