THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


You shall:

Comply with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations;
Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;
Organize and define the Document management and control in accordance with company needs and guidelines

Determine project documentation codifications for CMA Ships;
Record, index supplier documentations and comments in CMA SHIPS document management tool;
Liaise with third party contractors to ensure documentation follow up: modifications, comments

Ensure documentation transmittal (internal document & supplier document) with Master document stamped code

Follow and manage all updates of the Master Document list;

Control projects plan by following documentation review: schedule changes, comments, approvals;
Prepare projects status reports by collecting and analysing information;
Ensure the sharing of all the documents to the relevant persons using internal tool in place


Note:

You may represent the Company in various meetings, conferences, public institutions, etc; Caution: When a Document controller manager is available, you shall report to him.


PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum qualifications

Fluent in English;
Competent with various software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years experience in Document Control is required.

Demonstrated willingness to be flexible to change priorities;
Analytical, Documentation and oorganization skills;
Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment;
Rigor and method;
Perseverance and pedagogy.
