This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Foncieres de Paris. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.
The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.
If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
ROOM DIVISION MANAGER
Located in Boulogne Billancourt, at the gateway to Paris (metro 10 Boulogne Jaurès), Hôtel Le Parchamp boasts 123 renovated rooms, a magnificent rooftop, a restaurant with patio, and seminar rooms.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Embody and promote the hotel's values
- Manage the reception and housekeeping departments (outsourced) in partnership with the general housekeeper
- Monitor operational teams on a daily basis to ensure profitability and quality of service, while ensuring staff wellbeing.
- Supervise sales and distribution on all dedicated platforms in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing department.
- Participate in employee recruitment, training and performance appraisal.
- Prepare quality and Marriott standards audits
- Contribute to the development of strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
- Participate in budget reviews with management
- Ensure departmental accounting and daily closings
- Supervise purchases and stocks of accommodation consumables
Job Requirements:
You have significant experience as a Room Division Manager or Front Desk Manager in a premium establishment.
To successfully complete this mission, the following skills are required:
- Good leadership skills
- Close management skills
- Fluency in the following languages: French and English
- Excellent presentation and customer relations skills
- A sense of responsibility and organization
- Knowledge of the Marriott network is appreciated
- Knowledge of OPERA software is appreciated
Pay and Benefits:
