This role is a creation & will be instrumental to
consolidate and analyze financial data related to Profit Plan, Strategic Plan, Forecasts and Actual results for a ~$460M Global Division with 15 ledgers in 6 countries.

This role is tightly linked with
Aerospace Reporting and Analysis, while also serving as a key interface to the plants within
ITD in deployment and alignment of key initiatives in Financial Planning and Analysis.

As
FP&A Senior Analyst, you will:

Prepare, maintain, and distribute financial analysis and reports for monthly Actuals, Forecast, Strategic Plan, Profit Plan, and Operating Reviews.
Help to lead the research of analyzing ITD Division results and highlighting key business drivers to Aerospace or ITD Senior Management
Understand key drivers impacting performance to clearly articulate and highlight the financial analysis and in standard commentary and reporting.
Support and help coordinate within the Division and by working with the plants, on the transparency, accuracy, and timely completion of key financial deliverables such as monthly actual results, monthly rolling forecasts, Profit Plan, Strategic Plan, quarterly reporting requirements, etc.
Work with ITD Plants to drive improved transparency, quality, and timeliness of financial data provided to the ITD Division and Aerospace
Support new plant controller on boarding & provide trainings to plant controllers on existing finance tools
Lead Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing reporting & analysis for the division
Deploy/support new processes requested by group or division such as AR past due review process, Supply Chain Management new metrics, ERP implementation
Maintain an atmosphere of continuous improvement and a team environment dedicated to getting results.
Proactively propose & implement various process improvements to increase FP&A efficiency
Establish and document standard work for all standard processes.

Qualifications:

University graduate (BA) or plus level of accounting area
Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience ideally global manufacturing company

Skills:

Fluent English
Knowledge of financial and managerial accounting & general accounting methods and principles
Proficiency in financial systems to perform financial analysis (Encore, Khalix, DFT, Oracle, BI); strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial analysis and reports
Ability to execute projects efficiently and effectively, work under tight timelines and in a multitask project environment
Strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
Broad general business knowledge to adequately interpret operating results and analysis
Continuous processes improvement skills
