- Supporting the Ethics & Compliance Officer
- Director in the design and implementation of all E&C Communications, Training, and Culture initiatives related to Alstom's Integrity Program in particular:
- Support the design and implementation of all E&C related communications including training, policies, procedures and guidelines. Assist in drafting all training materials related to Alstom's Integrity program including
- the Code of Ethics, supporting instructions, program developments and all communications related to the promotion and nurturing of an ethical organizational culture. This will include classroom training, e-learning and any other workplace communication channels. Supporting the Director in managing the company's integrity program related policies, procedures, and guidelines in maintaining all current best practices in the field of Ethics and Compliance.
- Support updates of the Integrity Program to ensure continued compliance with the international legal framework (e.g. OECD antibribery convention, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Sapin II, etc.)
- Support the Director in drafting strategic guidance on any Integrity program related matter to the business and the company's regional legal departments and regional compliance officers.
- Support responses to information requests from public or multinational authorities, investors, finance institutions
- Support deployment of the Alstom Integrity Program at Alstom Headquarters, the Regions, sites
- Support the promotion of the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct and maintenance of a positive ethical culture.
- Support other E&C special projects as needed.
Required Profile:
Educational Requirements
- University degree (e.g., communications, journalism, law, business administration, project management)
Desirable:
- MBA in E&C or a related field
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in program management in a field such as communications, journalism, law, public affairs, marketing, strategy, or international business
- Excellent English language skills oral and written.
Desirable:
- Ethics, legal or compliance exposure
- Awareness of data privacy regulations is a plus for this position
