JOB PURPOSE
Amora Maille Global is a new rapidly growing business unit, operating through a dual business model: through MCO's (incl. the home country France), as well as through an export business model for most countries around the world.

We are looking for a Dressings Brand Manager, who will look after expending Amora Maille outside of the French boarders in collaboration with the French Teams and Export Trade partners, and will:

  • Identify key growth opportunities by matching key consumers opportunities with P&L accretive mixes, and thus move to a future-fit portfolio
  • Have to think "glocal":
- still focusing primarily on the strategy and implementation of the plan for France
- but closely working with the export marketing manager to drive synergies and ensure, where relevant, the exportability of the developed mixes and strategies
- and thus drive a global mindset

  • With this in mind, support in building a 3 year+ innovation and renovation roadmap glocally for Export
  • Define the right 6P's for innovations and renovations, execute through support project teams and ensure its good inmarket execution across the different business models
  • Elaborate with the brand engagement teams and with trade teams the right launch plans and trade stories for innovations & renovations
  • Fillin the 5S funnel for the dedicated categories and execute the initiatives. Please note this is a critical part of the role, and fast inmarket execution will be essential
  • Track the market performances and P&L, and propose corrective actions
