Job Description:


Customer Needs Management:

  • Express customer needs (meeting planners) to the product development team, ensuring proper implementation and alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage with key hotels to involve them in the development of solutions.

Internal and External Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage internal communication within the sales team, digital factory, and other departments.
  • Support relationships with external suppliers and partners, fostering collaboration and aligning business goals.

Knowledge of Accor Eco System:

  • Develop your knowledge of Accor distribution Eco System, understand hotels usage, and have a broad knowledge of hotels tools.

M&E Web Platform Development:

  • Serve as the link between the sales team and the digital factory in the creation of the future M&E web platform.

Project Management:

  • Work with a collaborative and goal oriented approach, inform key stakeholder and management proactively, collect feedback from pilot users and current users, own the contractual negotiation with providers and intermediaries.
  • Manage the budget from ongoing expenses to foreseeable ones, and establish billable streams linked to the project

Process Management:

  • Deliver clear project with every deliverables, establish clear billing process with a fair and realistic approach.
  • Audit existing process, work on improvements when possible

Issue Resolution and Adaptability:

  • Participate in arbitrations, raise alerts, and proactively address challenges and issues as they arise.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to evolving requirements and projects within the M&E department.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Hospitality, or Project Management
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Meetings and Events or hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and requirements in the M&E sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking
