    You help execute the revenue management workstream to help us optimize the return on investment on our trade spend activities.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

  • Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs
  • Complete promotional post evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing
  • Support the Customer Planning Manager by providing regular reporting including volume tracking, trade spend, % promoted, seasonal in flight tracking
  • Monitor revenue realization of any cost price increases
  • Work with customer teams and Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly
  • Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan
  • Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines with regular reviews of promotional spend

    Sous la responsabilité et en étroite collaboration avec le Manager Revenue Growth Management (RGM STD), ainsi qu'en collaboration avec les services Marketing/Ventes/Finance/Logistiques

    Vous êtes en charge du pilier Pricing. Votre rôle est de définir les opportunités de pricing (suivant enjeux élasticité/P&L/Cost), de co-leader le process de gestion tarifaire, de supporter la DCN quant à la stratégie de négociation tarifaire, de réaliser la post analysis suite à la négociation commerciale.

    Au cœur de la stratégie de l'organisation, vous avez un rôle majeur pour optimiser la croissance de la compagnie avec en ligne de mire la création de valeur pour Mondelez et les catégories au sein desquelles la compagnie opère. Analytique, curieux et passionné, vous développez et participez à la transmission de la culture de Revenue Management au sein des départements Ventes, Marketing, Finance et Logistique.

    Ce rôle est-il fait pour vous ?

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bac + 5 type Ecole de commerce ou Master Economie/Gestion
  • Vous avez acquis 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste avec une dominante analytique : Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Data management, Catégorie management, Compte Clé junior, Promotion Officer, Chef de secteur ou Finance.
  • Vous maitrisez les outils suivants : Expert Excel, Base Nielsen...
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'univers des produits de grande distribution / PGC en France
  • Disposer d'un bon niveau d'anglais est un plus
