- Clearly articulating the value proposition to generate interest among prospects.
- Identifying and leveraging industry trends and insights for engaging conversations with potential clients.
- Strategic Creation and Management of Email Campaigns
- Developing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
- Testing and optimizing email content and delivery strategies for improved open rates and engagement.
- Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns.
- Promoting Growth in Outbound Initiatives
- Building and implementing strategies to expand the outreach program, focusing on innovative tactics to reach and engage target markets.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align outbound initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Continuously exploring new opportunities and channels for outreach to expand the prospect base.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in Hospitality and/or SaaS.
- Experience in sales/business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a proactive and results-oriented manner.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills for data-driven strategies.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets in sales or marketing.
