A vacancy for an
IT Operation Management (IT Ops) (M/F) **has arisen within
Airbus Helicopters Marignane or Donauwörth.**You will join the IM (Information Management) Directorate integrating the E2E PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) domain in charge of all digital solutions for Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering & Support Engineering.
You will report to the Head of Support Engineering PSL (Product Service Line) in a context of Process, Methods & Tools strategy for the preparation, authoring and publishing of our Technical Documentation to our customers.
Your main missions will be:
Taking part to the TechData New Generation Portfolio in the frame of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) - System Team - in order to contribute to the elaboration of the Portfolio Roadmap
Responsible for the availability, stability and performance of the systems environment as well as the timely delivery and deployment of IT products and services.
Specialized in dedicated technologies to enable new features, scaling and automation
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to ensure the ?Conformity and Attestation? product run in accordance with service levels through:
PLAN/BUILD
Co-define product Service Level Objectives (SLO) with customer and product team
Review product architecture and design; ensure best reliability by design
Provide reliability guidelines, best practices & non functional requirements to the product team
Coordinate infrastructure delivery & setup
Prepare and implement support model
Set-up adequate Monitoring with product team
Provide monitoring operational team with right knowledge and training
Review product entry into service with product team
OPERATE
Follow end to end support activities
In case of a major incident, take the lead to coordinate and resolve by analyzing monitoring, diagnosing system failures and taking corrective action, escalating to other technical teams and vendors as needed.
Improve monitoring relevance and knowledge according to operational issues
Secure with the supply chain the operational business continuity 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, when required for H/C deliveries
Supervise system backup processing, and contribute to disaster recovery tests
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Follow root cause analysis until their resolutions
Provide useful metrics and inputs to improve product reliability
Propose robustness improvements and obsolescence topics (incl. their acceptance)
On top of these operational activities, you may take the lead or contribute to some transverse activities at PSL level (to be defined with the rest of the team).
Profil recherché:
Required skills
You will have the following skills and experience:
Educated to a Master degree level in IT,
At least 5 years of experience in Business IT projects,
IT expertise
DEV-OPS expertise
Java, Javascript
Database:
Oracle, SQL, Basegraph
Ability in driving change in complex environment,
Ability to communicate technically complex information and to motivate and federate team members (internal and external) effectively and tactfully
Stakeholder management skills
Customer first and problem solving mindset,
Experience in supply chain management
Leadership skills, ability to influence and negotiate and to work under pressure
Team spirit and autonomy capabilities
Knowledge of Airbus context will be appreciated
Knowledge of Design (configured Digital Mock-Up (DMU)), Manufacturing (Manufacturing Engineering, Shop floor Execution), Support and Services domains will be appreciated
