Job purpose
We are looking for a dynamic apprentice willing to join our Operation Quality Team. The apprenticeship will start in September/October 2023.

Within Operation Quality department, alongside with the team, you will do the testing of all the products delivered by Ingenico (and improve the associated process).

You will evaluate the behavior of each Product (Pos or Service) developped by the R&D teams by defining and developing all tests cases.

Each use case (defined by the business or the development phases) must be carefully tested as soon as possible to quality the maturity and stability.

Key Responsibilities

Test Hardware & Software Products developed by Ingenico
Document & refresh the Software Quality process (test plan, working methods, documents shared with the Client )
Improve the KPI to share a "live picture" of the maturity of the Product tests and deployed around Valence (BI tool)
Create & refresh functional dashboards used by the Software Quality team
Participate to a Lean Project

Profile
You are studying in Engineering and are looking for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship contract in this field. You are
completely fluent in both
French and English.

Technical skills:

Computer Science & good computer skills
Test management
Power BI/ JIRA / MS Office

Other meaningful skills:

Planning and Organizing
High sense of communication to interact among various teams
Sense of the team working
Ability to react promptly
