Sales Department has been identified as a core organizational capability and strategic enabler to achieve this goal. That is why we are looking for a Sales Planning Section Manager.
Main mission is to:
Lead the planning and forecast cycles for new vehicles sales and the reporting activities associated:
- Monthly reforecast cycles
- Annual Business Planning Process
- Mid Term plan refresh cycles
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 2 FTE
- Coordinate and lead the Monthly, Annual planning and MTP processes
- Gather and analyze the Monthly sales results and forecasts.
- Prepare and share reporting materials reflecting company performance.
- Weekly and landing follow up to RBUs
- Coordinate sales information gathering and sharing with Regional Business units
- Support SP&D tools ( including Operation Planning tool ) implementation and process management of the global Sales
- Prepare supporting elements for top management discussion and global discussion and arbitration
Background & Experience:
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfortable with figures
- Background in Sales Planning or Sales and Operation Planning would be beneficial. Understands key principles of Carflow management (stock targets, carflow, Retails/Wholesale/production interaction)
- Past experience in top management exposure
- Strong skills in Excel and Power Point
- Past experience or good knowledge of RBU is preferable.
