The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing global implementation of complex international projects, considering all contractual scopes (i.e. engineering, supplies, construction) as well as start-up and Operations and Maintenance activities if applicable.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage proposal projects as required
Realize endtoend responsibility for the entire project lifetime
Develop and implement an optimum execution strategy
Provide direction and guidance to all team members
Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders of the project with particular emphasis on the customer interface
Ensure seamless project execution aligned with contractual and performance KPI ́s as well as customer satisfaction
Ensure that opportunities for additional capex and service sales are taken into account
Enable an efficient and costeffective turn over to operations
Maintain high safety standards in delivering all aspects of the project ensuring a strong safety culture and environmental awareness during all phases of the implementation

Requirements:

Professional command of French and English, additional languages desired
15+ years of project management experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business, PMP certification is a plus
Superior project management skills are required, including proven experience of implementation of complex projects.
Technology, engineering, commercial and construction experience in Crushing technologies or in the industry is essential; commissioning, operations and maintenance background is beneficial (EPC/LSTK* capability)
Leadership requires soft skills such as intercultural awareness, motivational and negotiation skills, conflict management and alike
This position requires excellent skills in dealing with customers, vendors and other company personnel
Travel of 50% or more may be required for this position, depending on phase of project(s)
Able to travel domestically and internationally and be able to stay in remote areas for up to a week at a time.
