**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
**Job Purpose**:
Support of the Equity specialist with the annual shareplan operation and support the team on various the various LTI's processes.

**Dimensions**:

- Main stakeholders:
Internal: AXA Services (C&B IT provider), Local C&B correspondents, AXA Group central teams (Legal, Finance, Tax, Communication), AXA Epargne Entreprise (AXA EE),
LTI beneficiaries
External : Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS)
- Key figures:
LTI: annual grant to approx. 8k beneficiaries, 100+ local C&B correspondents of around 220 entities located in 40+ countries. 80k+ individual accounts at SGSS
Shareplan: 120k eligible employees in 40+ countries, 23k+ annual employee investors

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Contribute to the Shareplan operation:

- Set up the country correspondents' network, support them during the whole process
- Participate to the review of the documentation / communication tools (correspondent guide, employee brochure etc.)
- Interact on daily operations with AXA EE (subscription tool, eligible list, reservation / subscription processes)
- Participate to the validation of the capital increase with AXA EE and Group Finance
- Participate to the Group Steering Committee
- Contribute the LTI annual grant/vesting processes
- Contribute to the calibration process: bottom-up process, analysis
- Contribute to the annual individual grant process: implement equity plans in IT tools considering the plan mechanism and the Group's organization, consolidate and control proposals, validate final figures, review of the plan rules/grant letters
- Contribute to the annual vesting process with local C&B, Group Finance and SGSS to ensure proper implementation (acquisition, invoicing, communication) in regard to sell to cover, dividends, French tax withholdings on LTI and dividends
- Contribute the LTI reporting, support the completion of LTI section of the Group Annual report
- Support HR correspondents and ensure efficient communication
- Contribute with the efficiency, accuracy and alignment of IT tools to support Group C&B processes (LTI grant and administration, Pension plan)
- Support the team on compensation related processes (Executive Compensation Review, externalization, simplification, efficiency, customer-centricity)

**Votre profil**:

- Ability to work as a team as well as in an autonomous manner
- Ability to respond to simultaneous requests and manage stress effectively
- Strong abilities using Excel and PowerPoint
- Organized and attentive to details
- Communication skills in French and English
- Respect of confidentiality
- Technical knowledge related to equity-based compensation processes is a plus but not required, strong interest in legal and tax law and on finance/stock market mechanisms
